Alongside the product, we deliver professional services in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, and secure engineering.
We are now looking for a Head of Growth & Customer Engagement who will combine marketing, sales, and customer engineering into one coherent growth function.
The Role
This is not a traditional sales position.
This role combines:
- Marketing strategy definition
- Social media and community engagement
- Business development and deal closing
- Customer communication and value discovery
- Close collaboration with engineering
You will act as the bridge between:
- The market
- Our customers
- The product and engineering team
Your primary objective is simple:
Drive growth and convert market interest into revenue.
What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Growth Strategy & Marketing
- Define and evolve our marketing strategy
- Shape positioning and messaging for product and services
- Help build our brand presence in DevOps and security communities
- Contribute to social media communication (LinkedIn, technical communities, content distribution)
- Align marketing efforts with real commercial outcomes
You will not operate in isolation — you will work closely with the founder and engineering to ensure messaging reflects real product capabilities.
2. Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Identify and engage potential customers
- Lead discovery conversations with engineering teams and decision-makers
- Convert interest into pilots, services engagements, and product subscriptions
- Own the deal cycle from first contact to closing
- Help structure offers, pricing, and packaging
The majority of your compensation will be commission-based, directly tied to revenue generation.
3. Community & Customer Engagement
- Actively engage with the DevOps and security community
- Build trust-based relationships rather than transactional sales pipelines
- Collect structured feedback from customers and prospects
- Represent the company in discussions, meetups, and ecosystem conversations
4. Customer Engineering & Product Bridge
- Understand technical customer problems deeply
- Translate market feedback into actionable insights for engineering
- Help validate product direction with real users
- Stay close to product evolution and communicate its value clearly
This role requires proximity to engineering. You will be expected to understand our platform at a meaningful technical level.

What This Role Is Not
- Not a script-based sales position
- Not a pure marketing role detached from revenue
- Not a passive account management role
